Dr. Rosecler Marmentini is an orthodontist in Houston, TX and specializes in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics. Dr. Marmentini completed the Orthodontic Post-Graduate Residency program at the University of Minnesota and received her Masters of Science degree in Orthodontics in 1999. She subsequently completed an Orthodontic Fellowship program in Craniofacial Anomalies at the world-renowned Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada, from 1999-2000. Her post-graduate research focused on the absence of teeth in cleft lip and palate, cleft palate, and Robyn Syndrome patients.

Dr. Marmentini brings 20+ years of orthodontic experience to the Texas Dental Center. She has resided in Texas for over 15 years, working as an orthodontist in Houston. In addition, she previously had her own private dental practice in Brazil and provided general dentistry services, including restorative dentistry, endodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery. She has also served as the corporate dentist for Volvo Corporation, the Central Bank of Brazil, and for two Brazilian utility companies.

Always seeking to help others, Dr. Marmentini has worked as a volunteer, providing dental services to indigent and economically disadvantaged patients and to isolated native tribes in the Brazilian rainforest. She has also provided mobile dental services to children in family day care centers.

Dr. Marmentini has contributed to the lives of others through her teaching efforts as well as her dental services. She taught orthodontics to undergraduate students and also taught classes to patients and their families about general dental health care. Recognizing the importance of early preventative dental care for children, she also taught elementary school students about good oral health habits during her employment as a lecturer for the Colgate Palmolive Company.
